I completely understand. Secret organizations do have a nasty habit of being, well, secret. There's only so much we can comb through people's past. [As seen by well...Willow, which Elliot is not going to bring up]

Having someone in the waiting room though isn't a bad idea. It'd do a lot to reassure him. I don't think he puts much stock into my abilities, so maybe I can ask Jusis or Rean to go with him instead.
